What are Companies?

A Company is a shared workspace in Buildify built for founders and teams. Instead of working on one project at a time, a Company gives you an AI agent — the Buildify Agent — plus a Tasks board where the agent and your teammates work together to build your business.

Think of it as an operations hub for your startup: your landing page, documents, marketing, and MVP all live in one place, with an AI teammate that can pick up work, generate deliverables, and keep things moving.

Who Companies are for

  • Founders turning an idea (or no idea yet) into a real business
  • Small teams who want a shared AI workspace with roles and shared billing
  • Existing companies who want to bring their brand and knowledge into Buildify

What a Company gives you

FeatureWhat it does
The Buildify AgentAn AI teammate that runs tasks and produces deliverables (websites, docs, slides, images, and more)
Tasks boardA shared To Do / In Progress / Completed board where the agent and your team get work done
Team members & rolesInvite teammates and control what each person can do
Shared creditsOne subscription and a shared credit pool that powers the whole team
Company knowledgeInstructions, files, and linked projects the AI uses on every company conversation to stay on-brand
Projects & foldersAll of your Company's Buildify projects, organized into folders

How it works

  1. Create your Company — A short guided setup helps you name your company and get started, whether you have an idea, no idea yet, or an existing business.
  2. Meet your agent — The Buildify Agent greets you and kicks off your first tasks automatically, like drafting a mission statement and researching your market.
  3. Work the board — Add tasks, assign them to the agent or a teammate, and watch deliverables get built.
  4. Invite your team — Bring in teammates with the right roles, all sharing one subscription.

Personal vs. Company accounts

Your Personal account and each Company you belong to are separate spaces. You switch between them from the account menu, and each keeps its own projects, credits, and settings. You can be a member of many companies, but you can only own one at a time.
